Roadmap to Customer Excellence

Just got back from the ‘Talent for Growth’ seminar at Cineworld Haymarket in central London. Great lineup of speakers all talking about how to inspire talent by building great culture, leadership and a comms platform that works. This is the presentation I gave – essentially you need a strategy to deliver customer excellence – so your customers are not just ‘consuming’ your product or service; but ‘communing’ with you – participating, engaging with and sharing your values and beliefs.
