My work has spanned global training operations, change management to support CRM implementations, strategic culture design and leadership mentoring and I have worked across the US, Europe and in India. I worked across the business to develop a company-wide UKAS accredited competency framework that met international standards as well as the need to embed values-driven behaviour throughout the international organisation. Separately, I consulted on a leadership succession planning exercise, as well as ongoing leadership mentoring and support in the HR function.
